
Kim joined the firm in October 2020 having been admitted to practice in 2017. She graduated from the University of Technology where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree with Honours and thereafter from the Norman Manley Law School where she obtained a Legal Education Certificate.
Kim is a member of the Wills, Estate Planning, Probate and Administration of Estates Department where she guides clients through the process of estate planning and drafts the required documentation to facilitate the administration and settlement of estates. She is also a member of the Conveyancing Department where her practice areas include the preparation of mortgages, discharge of mortgages and sales under powers of sale via public auction as well as by private treaty.
Prior to law, Kim spent over twenty years in the private sector where she was engaged in Marketing and Sales, Product Development, Training and Administration. Outside of her legal studies, Kim has a keen interest in the area of Corporate Governance and continues to pursue studies in the areas of compliance, corporate strategy, finance and governance.
She is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association and the Lawyers Christian Fellowship.
