Kelley was admitted to practice in Jamaica in 2005. She graduated from the University of the West Indies having first obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree and thereafter a Bachelor of Laws Degree.

Kelley’s practice focuses mainly on employment and industrial relations law, including employee related statutory benefits, dismissals, redundancies and the drafting of Contracts of Employment, Policies and Procedures Manuals and Contracts for Services. Her practice includes advising clients in preventative measures to avoid disputes, and the settling and concluding of disputes should they arise.

She has appeared as instructing Attorney in the Supreme Court of Jamaica, the Industrial Disputes Tribunal, as well as at Arbitration. Her practice also extends to commercial matters such as the drafting and review of commercial agreements.

Kelley is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association.
