Annette was admitted to practice in Jamaica in 1988. She graduated from the University of the West Indies having obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree and thereafter the Norman Manley Law School where she obtained a Legal Education Certificate.
Annette is the head of the Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate and Administration of Estates Department. Her expertise enables clients to secure the gifts left to them under the provisions of a will, or if there is no will, under the laws of intestacy. Her diverse portfolio of clients ranges from individuals residing both locally and overseas, to trust corporations. Annette is also an instrumental part of our Firm’s Conveyancing Department and has conduct of real estate transfers on behalf of both individuals and corporations.
Although her practice is focused on matters pertaining to estates and conveyaning, she also has garnered extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial transactions on behalf of clients.Annette is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association.
